This coconut vinegar is made of fermented coconut sap juice, the process of fermentation lasted for months before you can actually get the sour taste. It is usually mixed with a lot of garlic, onions, chili, and black pepper to make a strong sour taste. It commonly used for cooking Filipino viands like Pork Adobo, Fish Sinigang, Pork Sinigang, condiments and food preservations.
